Cancellation Policy 

• Appointment £30 booking fee is non-refundable. 
• Cancelled appointments will be charged full value to the card stored on the booking system if under 24 hours notice is given prior to appointment date & time. 
• Cancelled appointments will be charged 50% of the value to the card stored on the booking system if more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours notice is given prior to the appointment date & time. 
• For toxin appointments: cancelled appointments will be charged full value to the card stored on the booking system if under 48 hours notice is given prior to the appointment date & time. This is due to the cost of the stock which is prescribed on a per patient basis. If more than 48 hours notice is given but less than 4 days 50% charge applies to toxin appointments.
